I recently bought flax seeds and I've been
sprinkling them on my salads and in meals.
Now I just read that they have to be
ground in order to get the health
benefits. Is this true? If so, can you
grind them in a blender? What are the
health benefits, exactly?

it helps you poop, and also provides other
essential oils for your body. One big one
is Omega 3.
get yourself a peppercorn grinder. You
know what I'm talking about. The wooden
grinding tubes that the waiter always
sticks in your face when you order a
salad.
Get yourself a peppercorn grinder and put
the flax seeds in there, and then
sprinkle it onto your salad.
I also found a cool video on the
importance of flax seed and how to
incorporate it into your diet.
Hope you find these helpful. I personally
really like the way flax seed tastes in my
cereal. It makes it a bit nutty, but it's
good. You can also take flax seed oil,
which just comes in a bottle and can be
mixed into something else or taken
straight. I don't know the comparative
health benefits of ground flax seed vs.
flax seed oil however...
