I know how you feel hunni! I spent the first 14 weeks feeling terrible, perhaps try quite bland but filling foods, strong flavours, well any flavour made me feel terrible

I would metion this at your next appointment, they will have seen it a million times before and will be able to give you lots of advice and tips on eating. I hope the sickness is over for you soon hun it is horrible i know but it won't last forever! And when you have that baby in your arms you will tottaly forget any of the bad parts

I feel for you!

When I was pregnant I was sick for 4 months straight. I was mostly sick from 7pm - 7am then I had to go to work for 9 hours and act like I was getting a full night sleep. What I did to help myself was to eat A LOT of soda crackers and only sip water or ice chips. Anything that I ate that was heavy or drank to fast would just come up again. I ate a lot of little meals through out the day instead of three square meals.
