I do that almost every cycle. I'm not sure what causes it.

around my O they were painful, but now it's just nagging. I have it today too. It comes and goes.

I am having that right now as well. I think I either o'ed yesterday or today and since yesterday afternoon I have been having these annoying cramps. Today they are only on my right side and almost in my back as well. they almost feel like af cramps but I am nowhere near that yet. What gives???
