I only got a few and they are way down low on my abdomen. I think they came along about week 32. I know lotions don't help everyone, but I used some every time I got out of the shower/bath. It helped with the itching.

Funny, Vanessa. I was actually going to post the same question. I didn't get stretch marks with my first baby but I am currently the same size right now as I was around 32 to 34 weeks with him. My mom got horrible stretch marks with her second and third pregnancy. I am a little worried. I guess I am a little OCD about the subject as well:)!!

Stretch marks are completely dependent on your skin's ability to stretch. Some women might get them immediately, and others will get them later.

I have tons of stretch marks - I also gained a lot of weight, so it stands to reason, the bigger you get, the more likely the stretch marks are.

i got mine around 7 months

Hmm i got my first at about 21 weeksish and that was over my belly bar so was kinda uunderstandable for it to come early. I've only just noticed some on my lower back in the past weeks or so, so i guess i'll have to say at 27-28 weeks

I don't have any stretch marks (knocks on wood). I bought .Palmer's .Tummy .Butter .for .stretch .marks and have been using it religiously every day. It has vitamin e, collagen and elastin in it. So we'll see how well it works. But so far, so good!

The only stretchie sI have are these weird horizontal ones on my lower back. there are about 3 of them. and teeny tiny ones on my hips , they just started and the other ones came at about 24 wks.
I'm so ocd about it to hun! Haha I check myself like 3 times a day and put so much lotion on it takes me no time to finishe a large bottle of it!

i have the same horizontal ones on my back. My skin's very prone to stretch marks though so i'm prepared i've got loads of faded ones from pubity that don't bother me so i'm sure i'll cope when i get some more! I'm a weirdo and think pregnancy stretch marks look beautiful though

I have three, and i didn't get them until after i delivered, or let me say that i didn't notice them until after i delivered. They are right on top of my belly button....and i think that if i didn't have the belly button ring i wouldnt' have gotten them....but hell, i'll stick with three.

i got them around 27wks, i think? i'm pretty sure that's when i noticed they were starting to pop up. mine got sooooooooooooo bad, too. it was awful.

I got my stretch marks at 37weeks. Sucks huh!!! I really did not think I would get them but I did and I hate it but its ok because I got my baby girl now. I cried about it for afew days but then I got over it. I just tan now and you cant even see them. Good Luck!!!

first pregnancy only got very few stretch marks on my butt that later went away... that happened about 30 weeks.
second pregnancy got very small, hardly noticable stretch marks starting about 32 weeks... but nothing too awful bad but on my belly. still crossing my fingers that those ones will go away too!
