I'm 5'4 and about 105, and i don't want to
hear about how i shouldnt be worried. I'm
not. I just want to get rid of "love
handles" how do i do this? best excercise
techniques?

just run. That will do it.

Cardio exercise (running, riding,
basically anything that gets your heart
rate up) will shift those love handles. It
is recommended 40min 3 times a week.
Exercising in the morning is also best as
it fastens the metabolism and burns fat
effectivly.
