hello! i am almost 16 weeks now and i am
wondering about some stuff i have been
feeling... i know that some cramping and
sharp pains are normal but i have been
getting a lot of light cramping lately and
this weird feeling inside my vagina like a
pressure...i don't know how to explain it
exactly. it makes me worried and i keep
thinking oh man, weak cervix.. has anyone
else ever had this feeling?? or any
suggestions? of course it is the weekend
and i can't call the Dr, i wish they were
open on weekends too!

if you notice that these pains become
regular, blood, or loss of fluid than i
would get to a E.R. asap, other than that
i think that you should take it easy and
wait until the next buisness day your
doctors office is open and give them a
call. good luck!

I would talk to my doctor, I had a weak
cervix and other issues and when I told my
doctor about weird sharp pains I was
having she ordered an ultrasound same day.

hello. thanks for the responses! i
actually called and talked to the on call
dr last night and he suggested i come in.
so i did and my cervix was good and no
uti... so he said it wasn't anything
critical so my Dr can try and figure it
out this week. so i guess i will wait
until my appt on tuesday...
it's a stupmer right now!

The same thing happened to me and it was
just round ligament pain. This happens
when your uterus is stretching. I was also
told that the baby was sitting low, so
that's why i was having pelvic pressure as
well.
I had "crotch pains" my entire pregnancy
and the Doctor said it was just things
getting streched and moving around. My
husband thought it was funny because they
would happen the most when I was on my
feet for a while so shopping would be
interesting. So I would say they are
normal but if it becomes to much talk to
you Doctor.

I had that feeling also and it is just
round ligament pains and its because
everything is streching in there and it
was so funny because close to the end of
my pregnancy I had it really bad and it
felt like she was sticking her hand out a
waving. LoL pregnancy is so fun huh ladys?

hello! i was just concerned about the
pressure feeling but i went to my Dr on
tuesday he said my cervix is perfect but
they called today and i have a UTI! which
i didn't realize but that is probably what
is causing these odd feelings. at least i
found the culprit.
i get the sharp pains, the cramps and the
achy feeling now! i know those are all ok,
i feel like i am going to have a giant
belly by 9 months!!
