AM A MALE 29 MARRIED 2 YEARS.. NO CHILD..
SO MET A DOCTOR ..ASKED TO TEST MY SEMEN
..WHEN I WENT TO A TESTING CENTRE I WAS
NOT ATALL IN A MOOD TO PRODUCE
SEMEN..STILL I TRIED TO ERECT MY
PENIS..BUT IT WAS NOT..AFTER 10 MINUTES OF
MASTURBATION FINALLY SEMEN CAME OUT (AM
SURPRISED BEC. MY PENIS WAS ONLY 10%
ERECTED)..AND THE SAMPLE IS TESTED AND
REPORT WAS THAT I HAVE AZOOSPERMIA. SHOULD
I TEST AGAIN ? OR THE TEST RESULT IS
RIGHT? PLS GIVE A REPLY..HELP ME PLS..

Azoospermia
Azoospermia is the term used when there is
a complete absence of sperm in the
ejaculate. Most patients assume that this
diagnosis would rule out the possibility
of his ever conceiving a child; if there
are no sperm how can there be conception?
However the reality is that a semen
analysis which shows the absence of sperm
in the ejaculate does not rule out either
the possibility that sperm is being
produced and not delivered to the semen,
or that interventions may help the man
produce sperm. Even in those cases where
after intervention there is still no sperm
in the ejaculate, there may be a
possibility of harvesting small amounts of
sperm, which have been produced in the
testes as a result of the interventions.

sperm in his semen. It is associated with
very low levels of fertility.
Azoospermia has two forms:
obstructive azoospermia, where sperm are
created, but cannot be mixed with the rest
of the ejaculatory fluid due to a physical
obstruction, and;
non-obstructive azoospermia, where there
is a problem with spermatogenesis.

who posted. I was hoping the original
poster would reply, but I thank you for
stepping up.
Thirdly, I wanted the original poster to
do it because new terms like that should
be explained in the original post. It has
nothing to do with being lazy.

To the original poster: There could be
many things that caused this, as Melissa
said. I'd just talk to your doctors and
find out what's going on.

It is edited out for a reason. It is
annoying. That is why it is still annoying
when you quote the person. it is simple,
common courtesy. All caps is the
equivalent of yelling online; and just
because e-health provides everyone with
ear-plugs doesn't give you or anyone else
the right to yell.

Agreed, maybe a sticky should be posted
stating that if you are going to be using
new terms then please explaine. But you
know...how did he know that it was a new
term.
