Strange Headaches....need Dr. Help

FOR THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF I'VE BEEN HAVING STRANGE HEADACHES. THEY HAPPEN WHEN I LAUGH, SCREAM, CRY, GET UP TOO FAST, OR MAKE ANY SUDDEN MOVEMENTS OR CHANGES WITH MY BODY. THEY LAST FOR MINUTES OR HOURS, AND THEY HAPPEN AT LEAST ONCE A DAY. I'VE ALSO NOTICED THAT WHEN MY HANDS ARE JUST THE LEAST BIT COOL, AND I PLACE MY HAND ON MY HEAD, MY HEAD GETS THIS FROZEN SENSATION. LIKE IT FREEZES UP QUICK WHEN I TOUCH IT. IT'S NOT A GOOD FEELING. EVEN IF I TAP MY HEAD, ON COMES A HEADACHE. PLEASE HELP BECAUSE I'M NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING ON IN THERE.

It could be a nerve. We have numerous nerves that run up the back of our neck then though or over our skull and then to various places in our face. Occationally, some of these nerves can grow or become traped within muscles. After that point everytime we contract the muscles in our neck (which happens much more frequently then you would think) we are putting pressure on these nerves. Which *could* explain many of the symptoms that you are describing. Unfortunately, the only way to have this diagnosed is by a doctor. (Preferably a neurologist). I suggest that you try to see one. In the meantime, all you can really do is try to stay as calm as possible. Not yell or getting anxious or sex. Your dr. will probably tell you the same thing.

Good luck and keep us posted.
