Well ladies, I went for an interview today
at "Air systems 5" and it's basically what
I thought it would be, they want us to
sell air purifiers. Ok, I have tried
selling vaccums, and when I did that we
were only paid when we sold something. So
this place claims they pay weekly, and you
get bonuses when you do sell it. I have
an odd feeling about these people, just
because I know how shady the vaccum people
were. I'm supposed to call between 3 and
3:30 to see if I got the job. If so I'll
have to go to training 1-5 for the next
like 3 days. I'm not really sure about
this....I almost didn't go to the
interview, but figured I would cuz what's
to lose? I do have another interview on
Thursday for a place called "Home instead"
and they help the elderly with everyday
living....it's non medical. That job
actually interests me. What do you ladies
think?

I think the 2nd job sounds a lot more
stable and rewarding.
What kind of place makes you call back to
see if they're giving you a job???

Thanks ladies. I'm definately going to
the second interview. I was just trying to
make up my mind if I'm going to call this
place today to see if they accept me. He
put a + on my application tho.
But I like to help people, and I think I
would really enjoy working with the
elderly...just helping them do every day
things so they can still have their
independence by living at home instead of
a nursing home.

I sold knives. Cutco to be exact.
They paid us both weekly and on
commission.
You can make *a lot* of money if you're
good in sales!!!!!!

I would go with the second job, basically
because I suck at sales. I like helping
people too though, so it would be a better
fit for me. Good luck to you, hope it all
works out!
