I don't know about anything that will help
you conceive twins. That is usually a
hereditary thing I think.

Identical twins are completely random and
fraternal twins run in the mother's
family. The woman has to hyper ovulate
(give off more than one egg in a month)
and them both to be fertilized for
fraternal twins.
There is no natural way to have twins on
purpose.
Some women have an increased chance of
fraternal twins and higher order multiples
if they take fertility drugs. However, a
doctor will not prescribe those if they
are not necessary for a fertility issue.

Natural ways to try and help concieve
twins are:
Increase your calcium intake
herbal tablet called "Vitex" helps release
more than one egg( have also heard most
people have girls who concieve on it)
Agida a wild yam( not sweet potatoe) the
country it is grown in has the highest
twin rate in the world. It also
promotes(like vitex) more than one egg
being released.
