Okay I have been having similar problems: my stomach be making noices when i suck it in and push it out and its like my stomach be moving as it make the noices and when i push it all the way out it look like im pregnant and Its like I can feel something moving in it its so weird sometimes it seem like water is moving? Help me what do u think it is? I also burp more than i use to

WEll, it can be gases, for example. Some food cxan cause that, like beans, apples...
