I find myself eating a lot more at night,
then what i eat during the day, like i
have much more of a hunger for food, then
during the day. Its bad to eat at night i
heard, because then you justget fatter.
Maybe i should just goto sleep earlier?

The body can work in different ways. Have
you seen a nutritionist?. They may be able
to give you some hints. You can also speak
to a Dr.

I used to be that way. If you are staying
till late night you will eat alot. Now I
started working, and Im getting in bed
early and that problem is gone.

I don't eat past 7:00, and it's been
working out great so far. I sleep alot
better
