hi!
i feel acute pain in my nerves and veins
sometimes.
esp when i travel a lot or i am when i
menatlly very very disturbed.
can anyone tell me what it is??

Sorry, I am not familiar with anything
that would cause that. Have you noticed
any other trigers for the pain?
You may want to consider seeing a doctor.

Hey prabhjot, although your description is
somewhat vague I reckon your pains may be
nerve pains. People with anxiety disorders
mostly experience these pains due to a
rush of adrenaline which is a result of
your body's response to stressful events,
where the traveling come into play.
I find when I am particularly tired my
senses tend to increase in sensitivity
thus creating a rush of adrenaline ,
described as the "flight or fight"
response.
You should decrease your caffeine intake
if possible and any spicy food. You will
find it is nothing to worry about , just a
way your body reacts to a stressful
environment especially when your tired and
your immune is low.

thank You.. that was considerate of you..
i had never realised that i am under
depression most fo the time.. plus i
travel a lot..and i love having
tea..though i avoid coffee.. i dont like
spicy food either..
atleast now i know what causes it all to
happen.. i will try to get more sleep
now..
and yeah.. soemtimes my limbs shake
uncontrollably< but not too
vigorously>..esp at the moments after
i have these "nerve attacks"..
i went to a neuro surgoen once.. he said
nothing was wrong with me..
