These cookies are so good! I know it may
sound funny to put applesauce in cookies
but it really just makes them moist. Try
them you'll love um!
3/4 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Applesauce
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground clovees
1 c. Nuts (optional)
2 1/4 c. Flour
cream butter & sugar. Add applesauce
with soda dissolved in it. Mix flour and
spices and add to mixture. Add nuts if
desired. Bake on greased cookie sheet for
20 min at 350 degrees.
