I have a lot of fatt in my face which
makes me very ugly is, there any way i can
get rid of that without excersice .

I am affraid you have to loose some
weight. The other option is...if you have
thousands of dollars lying around doing
nothing, then I would contemplate a face
lift...

Exercise is the only option without
surgery. The hard work will be worth in
when you look in he mirror and can love
yourself again.

Hi, not necessarily a face lift, but maybe
lipo on your face. Check into the mini
micro that some plastic surgerons now
offer. A small incision is made and the
fat is literally sucked out. Double chins
are a hereditary thing and no matter how
in shape you are (I work out and lift
weights), could not get rid of it. Had it
lipo'd right off 7 years ago. Not sure
what else to tell you.

Smartlipo that is supposed to be optimal
for fat reduction in delicate places like
the neck and jowl. It just melts fat. I
didn't have it on my face but you can look
into it. I know he does it there.
