Hey, cathy. How are you?
I don't know if they cause that, but we
can search for articles about it.

Well a light dinner like a soup or a
turkey's ham or steak sandwich (whole
cereal bread) ou turkey meat with
safflower rice has always helped me.

Absolutely they do. My sleeping was the
pits and it got worse the worse my ED got.
When I was very sick, I remember
struggling to get 1-2 hours of broken
sleep per night. There were 1-2 day
stretches where I didn't sleep at all.
Once I went 3 days without sleep. It was
miserable. My sleeping got much better
once I recovered from my ED though I still
did battle occasional insomnia (but taking
OTC herbs like Valerian) helped me. OTC
herbs and sleep meds did nothing for me
when my ED was so bad. Even with
Trazodone, I wasn't sleeping much. I
finally had to take Ativan to get some
sleep, but it left me feeling all drugged
in the morning. It sucked.
