Please please help
So heres my dilemma
I have been on birthcontrol necon since
January of 06. For most of the year.. I
never took my sugar pills (which promote
your period) and I have just slacked off
for days at a time on taking the regular
pills.. and wait for my period to
come…which it normally came within 4-5
days. Well for the most part of February
07 I didn’t really take the pill…as
soon as I would start spotting, I would
start taking it again for a couple days
then stop again. Well I had only taken a
couple pills in march… and no period has
come yet… so its been over a month.
I started getting ALLL of the pregnancy
symptoms towards the end of march.. I home
tested and blood tested at the drs office
and all were negative.
Currently I have not taken a single
birthcontrol pill… and no period.
Im still having nipple tenderness like
crazy.. and headaches here and there.
People seem to claim this is a side effect
of the birthcontrol.. which would make
sense… but I never took it consistently.
I have a 4 year old daughter.. and these
were the SAME symptoms I have when I was
pregnant with her. My husband and I would
love to have another baby… but im
concerned as to why im not having a
period.
Im having slight abnormal pressure today..
like mild cramping and extra discharge..
which makes me think I might be
ovulating… Im just confused and would
like some input on other peoples thoughts.

IF you do not take your pills
consistently, then you can easily become
pregnant.
TAKE A TEST.
The sugar pills do not promote a period,
what causes your period is the withdrawal
of hormones.
The sugar pills are simply there to keep
you on schedule.
I took a blood test through my doctors
office on March 30th and it was negative.
I also took another urine test a couple
days ago.. and it to was negative.
I was very inconsistent with my
birthcontrol pills.. and would normally
have my period within 4-5 days of not
taking them. I havent taken them in over a
month.. and NO period. All tests
negative.. but having the symptoms. The
nipples tenderness is the one that really
baffles me.
I just dont know what to think or who to
talk to. I dont have a set doctor whom I
see.

There is a possibility that your body is
simply adjusting to the lack of pills.
You do need to use BC consistently in
order to not have bleeding problems, or
delayed periods.
