Hi, I've had insomnia since I was about 8 years old and also have bipolar disorder. One thing I experience with my insomnia is itchy feet and legs when I'm trying to sleep. They only itch during this time. I've tried different sheets and detergents etc, but this seems to be a common thing since the insomnia started. Does anyone else experience this or have any information on it?

Could it be restless leg syndrom? It sounds very similar to many discriptions that I have heard. Have you brought this to your doctors attention? Both the itching and the insomnia.
