Silly Daddy Stories, Anyone?

I think we all can agree that boys are a
bit more clueless than girls when it comes
to tiny ones. I thought we could all share
some of our funny stories about our men
and their ditzy moments.
I'll go first!
when .alyvia was a couple of weeks old,
.aaron took her so I could take a shower.
I'm halfway through washing my hair when
he runs into the bathroom freaking out.
Scared me half to death - I almost slipped
and cracked my head open. He was ranting
for me to hurry up, we need to go to the
.e.r.
So I turned the water off, jumped out of
the shower, and .i'm toweling off with
shampoo running into my eyes burning the
crap out of me (it didn't occur to me to
rinse) while .i'm yelling "what happened?!
what happened?!?!" (he'd run back out of
the bathroom and left the door wide open
and was in a state of panic) and he yells
across the house "she has a hole in her
skull!"
he didn't know that babies were born with
soft spots. Silly man.

LMAO!!! That is hilarious
Right after Ethan was born they showed him
to us, and he was all purple. Jon's
question to the doctor was "Is that going
to go away?" Haha it was cute.
When I was being induced the first time,
he was watching the contraction monitor
and I started having a contraction and he
said "Oooh you're having another one"
Uhm...really? I wasn't aware..
I can't think of anything else he's done
at the moment, but I'm sure there are
some..

Mike hasn't done anything too silly yet,
but I'll tell you something about these
people that .Mike's sister works with.
They both are in their mid to late 30's.
They had their baby girl on April 2. She
went home from the hospital on April 4.
On their first night home, the baby woke
up in the middle of the night
.S.C.R.E.A.M.I.N.G, as you know they do.
They tried and tried "everything they
could think of to console her", and they
got worried, so they took her to the .E.R.
They had no idea that babies wake up in
the night to be fed.
This is no joke!!

will come to me, i feel like i should have
a ton of funny things to share.

Well, I don't have a little one funny
story, but I have a ttc funny story. I
figured it was kinda close.
I went of the pill on 2-20. We bd a few
days later. The next week I began
bleeding. When I told him he just kinda
looked at me all bewildered. He asked if I
was having a m/c. "
Why would you think that?" He responded,
"well, isn't that what it means when you
bleed when your pregnant" I
was speachless...When I finally found
words, I asked him who told him I was
pregnant. (I certainly didn't). "Well, we
had sex last week and you weren't taking
bc"...
 The
poor thing thought that the first time we
had unprotected sex that I would
automatically get pregnant.
I still pick on him for that.

I have one only it's a silly grandma
story.
The first time my mom changed Chu's diaper
she started screaming for me to call his
doctor because something was wrong with
his weepie. I came charging into the room
with my heart pounding, screaming "What's
wrong?" She pointed to it and started
screaming about how horrible it looked. I
looked in his diaper and started laughing.
My mom had never seen an uncircumcised
weepie before.
Daddy did some dumb things but nothing
funny, just anger-inspiring.
