is it safe to masterbate with the clitoris 5 days after abortion? will it be painful and is it dangerous?

It is not dangerous, but it is best to keep objects outside of your vagina. It should not hurt at all, no =)

Just as cari said If you feel safer, wash your hands (or your partners!) before or do it in the shower. I too suggest no penetration of any kind, until after the date when you were told sex would once more be safe.
