Chances of getting pregnant w/sex 6 days after period
Posted: 04-18-07 02:08am

I know that you probably get alot of questions about this but I recently had sex for the first time and it was about 5-6 days after my period. The guy didnt cum inside of me and I am soon to start birt control. Is there any way that I could have gotten pregnant? Ive been researching around and it seems unlikly, I just know that I have extremly bad luck and something would happen to me. Thanks and please reply

If you had unprotected sex 5-6 days after your period had STARTED then the chances of getting pregnant are very small, almost none. But if you had sex 5-6 days after your period had FINISHED then the chances of getting pregnant are much bigger and real. Conception and possible pregnancy depend upon how long your cycle and menstruation usually last. You can always test for pregnancy using a home pregnancy test.
