Last year I had a hysterectomy, but I
still have my ovaries, so all the
hormones, 1/2 the mess. I have the worst
pms, and I am unbearable, but without
getting a period, it is very hard to
predict when I am going to get pms. My
question is, is there anything I can take
to calm the moodswings and maybe be a
little more tolerable to live with,
especially for my family's sake.

Lol not sure on what to take for it. But
I suffered from pms reallllllll bad. So I
know what ur going through. Now that im
pregnant, it is still sorta the same. You
could try either midol or pamprin they r
for bloating cramps and pms. If that
fails talk with your doctor.. ~ erica.
