If you are taking an "aspirin" with
caffeine like Excedrin this could be the
possible cause. Caffeine exasperates these
problems. I have always subscribed to the
theory that my body knows more than my
doctor. If you notice a difference you are
probably right.
Arrhythmias can be scary, but the majority
are of no medical concern. Drinking a
large glass of orange juice a day, and
increasing your water intake may help.
Eliminate caffeine and MSG from your diet
and that may also eliminate the problem.
If you are concerned about heart disease
as well read "Answers To: Heart Disease"
it is a compilation of very compelling
research that explains why heart disease
continues to rise instead of decrease even
though we are spending billions of dollars
on meds that don't really address the
problem. You can find it on Amazon.com or
spam link. Easy read with great
information you won't find anywhere else.
Arrhythmias arise from various causes and
I assume your doctor has explored this for
you. You might also consider a magnesium
supplement.
If you are taking a statin for cholesterol
control these tend to lower the Co-Q-10
levels in the body which is important for
energy production, studies show that
supplementing with 200mg might help.
