I AM 22 WEEKS PREGNANT WITH MY SECOND
BABY, AND RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN JUMPING UP
SCARED WHEN I HEAR A LOUD NOISE OR
SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS TO ME. IS THIS
HARMFUL FOR MY BABY? I THINK IT IS. WHAT
CAN I DO NOT TO GET SCARED...AND IF I GET
SCARED WHAT SHOULD I DO RIGHT AFTER IT. I
AM REALLY WORRIED.
THANKS YOU GUY'S!!!

Welcome to ehealth!
I'm sure your not harming your baby. It is
natural to jump when you are startled and
I'm not sure of anything you can do to
help that. Have you brought this concern
to your doctor?

i dont see any reason why jumping would be
a problem, unless your jumping up and then
falling down, then it could be a problem
being scared is normal and
jumping/flinching is a normal response
