i was wondering i am due nov 3 what
trimester am i in?

if your due date is Nov.3rd then you are
approx. 11 weeks and a few days.
So technically you are in your 1st trimest
until this weekend.
your 1st trimester is up to 12 wks
your 2nd trimester is 12-27wks
your 3rd trimester is 28-40wks.

I have 2 books that say that you are in
your 1st trimester until week 14.
Is this wrong?

some places go by week 14 and others by
12. my Dr went by 12 and my pregnancy book
goes by 14! but i think the reason it is
14 is because of 12 weeks gestation....

Ahhh, got it! So then, what week would you
*start* your 3rd trimester? That one has
me guessing right now!!!!

I've always been told week 28 starts your
3rd trimester.

Got it!!! Thanks!  I am supposed to be
at week 20 today but I just came back from
the doctor's for my check up and after
getting back all my tests results, and b/c
of the u/s measurements (2nd one) and
where my uterus is now sitting, they think
I'm actually a week ahead, but they said
they are not changing my due date!
