So Much Going Wrong.....

Where to start...Well first off I would say my most significant problem is premature ejaculation. It has been a problem for me since I started having sex at 15. The second problem would be having to do with urinary problems. For the past five years ive delt with eveything from weak stream, having to go to the bathroom too often, split stream, urinating as im going #2 ( a very medical term I know lol) like together at once or having urine come out as a push and them going a second time after finishing the other. I am 20 by the way. Also my left epidiymis is swollen and I have always had this dull pain from the bottom of my testicle to right around my kidney area. Also it feels like my bladder isnt fully emptying and as if the urine is always pushing, always trying to get out. Ive been to two docotrs and had a prostate exam and ultrasounds, there was nothing wrong, no stricturs, no nothing. I dont know what to do. I am seriously going out of my mind, going crazy and in need of a cure... It affects my personal life so much. I miss out on opportunities with girls Ive wanted and could get but just too scared because of these problems. Social anxiety and self esteem issues. I could go on for hours talking about my problems but that is a good start. Maybe if someone listens and wants to talk I can get more in detail cause I pretty much want someone to talk to who wont judge and who wont laugh and who actually cares you know? It just sucks cause I am a very attractive young man ( not to be conceited ) I have a good job, nice car, and it just sucks that Im not sexually or mentally be ready for a relationship. almsot forgot...I have a very hard lump on the side of my scrodum, maybe in my vas deferen, and one on the otherside in a different place, i dont know what it means. I also think i may be sterile which would devastate my whole world if it happens to be true. My semen is very thick like snot almost and it never use to be. If ANYONE can help me, anyone please please let me know, it would be appreciated more than you could ever know, thank you so much..
