Can anyone please suggest an alternative
to steriod injections? I have tennis
elbow in both elbows. I have been to see
my doctor who suggested one exercise I can
do, taking anti-inflamatory's and then
steriod injections. She didn't really
explain the cause and I know this sounds
daft but I have real problems with my back
and neck due to a horse-riding accident
about 5 years ago and I wonder if it could
all be related.
Any advice, comments would be great
thank you x

Sorry to hear your in so much pain.My
partner had tennis elbow and it was cured
by having acupuncture.Have you tried
alternative treatment before?It might be
worth checking it out.I hope you feel
better soon.

You're asking if the elbow can be related
to the horse-riding accident?
I suppose it could. You might have
damaged a nerve somewhere. For example,
you can hurt your back, and damage a
nerve, causing you to completely lose
feeling in your left big toe (i know
someone who's had that happen).
