Are you sitting? Is that why it is uncomfortable? Or are you standing?

Try a hot water bottle under your back while you sleep, it worked for me in the begginning but mine's been ongoing for the past 12 weeks

I started having this bad back pain around 2 weeks ago. Right around the time that I thought I popped lol. The onyl way I can sleep is if my hubby and i lay back to back and i lay against his back. Sounds dumb but it helps.

I wish I had this option. My hubby is a snorer and I usually end up with my back to the couch! Sad

Try walking for a couple of minutes every hour. That's what I have been doing lately...usually it's a trip to the bathroom though, so I have an excuse for walking around the office. Wink Also, if you sit all day, try putting your feet on something so that your knees are higher than your hips. I know it sounds crazy, but it helps me a little.
