I originally came here like many women
did... freaking out about my birth control
lmao! The thing was, I wasn't uneducated
as many women who need our help are.
Anyway, I stayed away from my - now -
favorite forums: the abortion forums - for
a long time, because I knew all I'd see
was drama.
Well, I finally couldn't resist, and
hopped down there. Boy am I glad I did! I
have learned so much; I've really upped my
cognitive debate skills, and I feel that
for the most part, I've managed to lend a
moderating tone to the rightiously
strong-willed pro-choicers
I also hope I've managed to help some
pro-lifers see the pro-choice point of
view without shoving it down their throats
like a fois gras goose.
I've also stayed in the birth control,
sexual health and women's health forums,
lending many bits of advice and comfort to
women seeking help. I feel good knowing
that I can use my knowledge to help
others!
