Hernia, Or Just Body Structure?
Posted: 04-19-07 14:12pm

Well, first of all, I tend to be paranoid about medical conditions, but when I look down on my groin region there are two bumps where it looks like my pelvis and upper thigh meet. There is one on each side in the same place, but the one on the left side is slightly larger. I work out most every day, I know that puts me at a higher risk for a hernia. I am worrying quite a bit, I was wondering if anyone else has these bumps and whether they are a differing size. This is nerveracking.

Hernais Hurt!

For everyone thinking they have hernias:

Hernias are exremely painful; 7 or higher on the pain scale for most people. It's kind of like a broken nose or labor: You know you have one!!

What you are describing sound like swollen or enlarged lymph nodes.
