hello there. well i am 24 years old, use
to do morning jog for more then 4 years.
i am not actually a regular runner, in a
week I use to take 1 or 2 days off. So my
problem is now a days I feel to much
tiredness for all day, some little pain
at the upper side of my backbone and neck.
Before jog I do some stretch and little
bit walk. I don’t know what to do, my
physician just don’t take it seriously
and want me to take more rest, which I
try to take beside my study and daily
work. Can any one help me to figure it
out.
