I tried to get into yoga during my pregnancy, and that stuff hurts! Laughing I gave up. I should do it again now that she's out - I really don't like the way things are sitting on me. My weight is fine, but I don't like how the weight is sitting on me if that makes any sense. I might try pilates!

Have you tried some of the pregnancy-related workouts? They might be lower impact and be kinder on your body! Poor girl. Sad

I would ask someone who works at the gym! If anyone would know, they would! (or so I would think, but what do I know? Laughing) .i'm sure they get that question a lot! They might have the hook-up on who/where you could go to.

Pilates looks like a lot of work. I'm a bit too lazy for my own good, but I always complain about my legs. I really should buy a pilates dvd. I'd be too embarrassed doing the exercises in front of other people because I always give up halfway through and lay there going "ow" and I don't want people looking at me while I do that. Laughing

Your funny! I would probably be cracking up during yoga as well. How in the world do people move the way they do???

We just moved into a two story house and I am so winded just going up the stairs. Talk about out of shape. I am only 26 weeks preggo! I might as well set up camp downstairs because there is no way I will be able to make it upstairs in a few weeks.

I have a few pregnancy videos that I used during my last pregnancy. Some of those are good; some are pretty lame. I always cracked up when Kathy Smith said, "Drop that bagel and do your kegal!!!"

HI Vanessa! Try swimming.....either just some easy laps in the pool, or even an aquacize class (go at your own pace though!) - I find that it is great exercise and it feels great on your back b/c of the bouyancy (spelling?)!!!
I was a regular at the gym for so long, but I find that I just can't do much there anymore except for walk on the treadmill, but I find that swimming gives me a better workout and feels better on the body!!!!! Wink

i actually went to a "piyo" class.. i think that's how you spell it... half pilates half yoga, it felt sooo good. of course i was ready for it to be over halfway through the class but after, i felt great! i only got to go once bcause i went with my cousin but i just sat in the back and didn't feel stupid at all. of course when we did have to get up against the wall and put our foot on our knee and bend or something and i prayed "please dont fart please dont fart" for the guy behind me hahaha that would have been bad if i would have done that in his face, oh boy.

i also went to a yoga class where the room is... i have no idea how hot.. but they set it extra hot and some people actually end up puking the first few times bcause it's so hot. i had to walk out and the lady told me like 5 different times to come back into the class because te longer i stay out there in the cool air the harder it would be to come back in lol but it makes you feel really good too. i reccomend both. although it is hard, its worth it.

I would definitely be cracking up in any class that is quiet because I cant control my gas as much as I try, and I would be embarrassed as well.
