Great Pain

Hi There

I have been here once almost 3months back.I saw alot people beign deprssed or mentally ill. It really saddened me.
I dint know what was dpression was all about untill i got one.
But i belive then we are human .its normal thing to have depression.Im born christian( i dont agree that all christian are born again though ).

Becoz the Bible says In Jeremiah :17:9The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it.

Anger/ dpression/ hatred /sins/ all this can eruoted from inside.Its obviouse to have drepression besides the medication only heal your outside( body)they dont heal the sources (roots).But our heart were biegn wicked every since we are born.

I dint about this so i tried so hard to clean outside trying to stop / repair / or make resolution from all this.But i realised then instead the roots had to be pluck off or clean first.

Every since then even if I biegn dpressed too many times felt lonly.There were so manytimes i cant over come my feelings. But i met somone who over come all .. he is Jesus. Coz he is the son of God.He can only overcome then.And he can only do away with that.what human cant

Every since im so thankful when i can't work on my own.I push him to do for me and he always did.

Im not saying im ok now.But He is with me everyday so.. he defeat the pain i have i dont have to do anything.

I know its alittle confusing and i also know there alot christians too but that doesnt mean Jesus with them /they know nothing just then a chruch goer.

Ahh, those black days. I hate them so much. Sometimes they come out of the blue for no reason it seems. We all get them; some more than others; some worse than others. Sometimes I ask myself, "Is it worth all this?" and, of course, the answer is yes. But when we are hurting, we just want the pain to go away, far away, forever.

What kind of medications are you taking, particularly what kind of "downer?" If you are already on an anti-d, it just might not be the right kind for you or the dose may be all wrong. Regarding downers - I personally don't even know what a downer is, but just the name makes me want to stay away from them.

When we are depressed, it is so difficult to physically talk with anyone for some odd reason. That's why I thank God for Internet support groups. Pour your heart out. Get everything out of you. It does help. I can say so from personal experience. There will be someone here (or other sites) who can help because they've gone through similar feelings and problems at one time or another. People really do care about other people even though they act like they don't.

Please take care of yourself and don't hesitate to talk or write it all out. It matters. You are important.

I know my question is odd.But thats only
way that the Real saviour for all your problems can get inside you or you can meet your real redeemer from all your troubles and problems.

And also its ok.. if you dont know anything about this or have absolutly no idea. Thats ok.. I can help you understand.
It wouldnt matter even if will take a year or so. to make you understand

Besides no matter how hard the present may seems but the world is still better place becoz of people who brings hopes in to our life.

It really sounds as though you are depressed. Usually, if you have depression they will not prescribe any central nervous system depressant (such as tranquilizers) Usually, the only way they are prescribed is for as needed use.

Are you on any antidepressants?
