Rash

Hey, when I was about 6 I found out that I had eczema and that I was allergic to nickel metal. Ever since then its been a problem for me. Ive been to Johns Hopkins and the dermatologist but they arent exactly positive on what else I may have. I usually break out during seasonal changes like winter to spring and so on. By the time I finally get rid of the rashes its a new season again it seems haha. Well I was wondering if anyone had any lotions or suggestions for me to soothe my sensitive skin and help me stop the itching Shocked

Hi there,

Wash your skin with a cleanser such as "Cetaphil"
Do not use soap!!!
Soap irritates damaged skin and leaves it quite dry and itchy after bathing.
Also if you get a really bad outbreak, ask your doctor for some TOPICAL STEROID CORTISONE CREAM, to control it and then keep ontop of it by moisurising.
