So Painful
Posted: 04-21-07 06:49am

Ok...slightly TMI but I have like lumps (two) on my labia...i looked up on the net what they might be and it says they could be cysts?

but then i asked my mum who is a pharmacist and she said they could be boils.

I don't know what to do about them Sad i think they're spreading but i dont wanna do anything to them cos they are so incredibly painful...i can hardly walk or sit properly :'(

Anyone got any ideas?

i didn't think so but i was just checking in case i was mistaken Wink i think you should see a doctor about it and they can sort it. if you say it's spreading you may need a cream or some tablets to clear it up

Well...I went to hospital cos the pain was unbearable...and apparently i have a Bartholin cyst Confused They put me on a course of anti biotics which will hopefully clear the cyst up quickly.

If I may mention...after you're done with the antibiotics you should take a probiotic supplement that will replenish the good bacteria in your body that the antibiotics killed. Probiotics are good for the colon, digestion, nutrient assimilation, immune system, keeping bad bacteria in check, etc. It's also very important for vaginal health.

I don't know why most doctors don't tell their patients, as if you ask them they'll probably say it's a good idea.
