i bought an energy drink from tesco called kick which is like red bull but comes in 1 litre bottle. i woke up at 5.00am with logan this morning so i was sipping away as i'm going out with mum tonight to see the rocky horror show at the theatre and wanted to be lively.

well before i knew it i drank the whole bottle Shocked i just read the back and it said 100ml contains 30mg of caffine. well i drank 1 litre!!! is it going to harm me?

i dont know, it affects everyone differently. i would probably end up having anxiety all day. too much caffeine can cause panic attacks in people.

I think you'll be fine hun, just a bit hyper! Laughing

I googled "daily caffeine intake" and came up with this: "Moderate amounts of caffeine, i.e. 250-500mg per day, are thought to be harmless".. so I'm sure you'll be ok as long as you don't have much more today.

Oh, I need some of that stuff! I've gotta gather up all .adriana's old clothes that I'm not saving and put together a rummage sale.
And I think you'll be fine, as long as you don't have anymore for another day or so!

Aww thank you, i thought it was really sweet. I asked .Dom to take my belly pics for me because getting the right angle is getting a little difficult now and i thought he was working out how to use my camera becasue he hasn't used it before so i was holding my belly and saying 'mummy loves you .Mika and boom .Dom had taken it!
