yesterday I noticed that my son had a fever I took him to the emergency room and they did'nt exactly say what it was they just gave him some tylenol because he had no other cold or flu symtoms other than diarrhea.and after about 2 1/2 hours after I give him the tylenol his temperature goes back up.and I just want to know what you all think it could possibly be?
