He's Born!

Hey everyone I had my baby finally.
I started going into labor at around
3pm...It was mild then they started
getting closer (about 10 min apart) from
6-9pm...Then at 10pm they were 5 min apart
and I waited to go to the hospital until
11pm. Right when I got there they were 1
and a half min apart. Unfortunatly I had
back labor *sighs* but oh well. I didnt
have any medicen...I'm not sure at what
time but in an hour I went from 2 to 10
cm..And my doc wasnt there yet!!!! The
nurses had to call my doc and she thought
that they were kidding! Lol...But I got a
really really big urge to push and I
did..And my water broke and it was green.
Well when he was born he had swollowed
some of the maconiem..So I didnt get to
hold him they had to treat him fast. Oh,
yeah I had to have an episiotomy. He was
born on tuesday february 17, at 5:30 am
9lbs 7 oz 21 and 3/4's inches long. I
gots me a big baby :d
but anyway they had to keep him ona
breathing thing all night so I didnt get
to hold him until the next day..Then that
night I got to keep him in my room. But
he's doing well now!! And were both
home!!! I'm so happy. Pretty soon i'll
have pics and ill post em!

Congrats!!!! Wow u got urself a lil
chunker lol. Extra healthy I guess. It
must have been hard to push him out.
Although u had an episiotomy, did it hurt
since u had to medication??? I mean the
episiotomy?? Anyway, best wishes to you
and your son. Enjoy all the memories of
his childhood. They grow up so fast!! ~

Umm it didnt hurt that bad...Contractions
hurt the worst.
Oh get this ..I had to have a cathiter
(sp) and I pushed it out lol!!
Right now im sore and I feel as if I have
been lifting weights for 3 weeks everyday!

Hey, way to go!! I bet you are giving him
so much love. My brother weighed 11
pounds. 9 pounds is still to cute!!
Keep us posted, love to see some pics when
you get them all ready and scanned. Just
think you need to stock up on photo books
now, lol. Congrats girl and keep us
posted!!
