I can’t really help with the diet I’m still working on it myself. I’ve just started push biking everywhere cut out bread, wine, cheese and potato and it’s working a little. Wanted to let you know you’re not the only one we all have the same problem it’s why it’s hard to give any advice.

Sugr Busters diet.....eliminate and white sugar, white dread, rice and pasta. Opt for whole grain/whole wheat. Eat lchicken and turkey, skin free, fish and lean beef (2x a week). All fruits and vegestble, although emlinimate carrots and potatoes. Can have seet potatoes. I loose 2-3 pounds a week doing this. Can have whole grain cereal, butter no fat milk, Grilled chicken salad all kinds of good things and lots and lots of water (I drink a couple quarts a day! IM if you'd like...I am 50 this year and have maintained a size 10 for 35 years. USe to be a 14-16! Oh, and you have to walk for 20 minutes non stop 3-4 times a week. Not asking for much but this works! Good luck! Laughing Atkins sux and so does that mediterrrean diet, the south beack diet sux the wrose. I als know how hte weight worker program works if you are interested! LMK! I hate seeing folks spend hard earned $ on a diet plan......... Razz

My friend is on zalestrim, she said it works for her. You could look it up and see if it's the right stuff for you.

I would be very cautious with participating in The Atkins Diet. Although many have lost weight and reasonably quickly - for the the duration of the diet plan you are subjecting body to very fatty fuel which is not so good long term.

Many Atkins diet trialists suffer the yo yo effect. They do experience an reduction in weight but put it straight back on after the course is completed.

I take a prescription called adipex-p. I think its great. I lost 30 so far. I want to lose another 20. It gives you a lot of energy. At first i took half of the dose to get use to it. It does not take long. I think the generic is better for some reason.

I am on the same prescription, lost 12 pounds so far. I've been on it for a month. My doctor said you only can get it for three months than have to be off it for six months. Did you get any side effects with it? I found out I had a hiatal hernia during the month I started it an I get acid reflux all the time. I am trying to find out if the Adipex is what s causing it.

Hi

If its adpex that you take and it makes you go go go all the time.( energy) and you dont feel hungry at all..then its brillant.. they took it off the market in Australia because the DR told me it had a nasty habit of killing people.. GRRR

I lost 10kg in just under a month and it made you excercise because it gave you so much energy..

Zantrax i have tried recently...dont wast your money..its as good as having a cup of coffee..LOL

Diet pills and fad diets DO NOT WORK. Both are gimmicks in order to make the diet industry billions of dollars. Don't buy into that crap! Go see a dietitian and learn to eat healthfully and appreciate your body for what it DOES give you.
