Panic Attack B/c I Think I Caught Hiv Posted: 04-24-07 11:07am
the other day I was working at wendy's I
had went into the the women's restroom and
I have a really big phobia with restrooms
I am scared to death now because what if
my arm touch the door or I had touch the
sink and than touch my face the reason I
had went to there restroom was to look in
the mirror this man had told me I
something on my face I remeber seeing some
white stuff I had looked in the mirror so
fast and then I had wiped it off what if
it was blood I am scared to death. I am
scared to walk past people because I
think that they are going to stick me with
a needle or something I am scared to pick
stuff up off the ground because I think
that there may be a needle on the ground I
am getting headaches can function right I
am crying everyday I have to look at my
hands every minute I always feel that
something is flying in my mouth off of
some one's hand I don't like people
touching me being close to me I avoid
crowded places and the other day my food
had busted out this bag in the gas station
and this crack head was trying to help me
pick it up I didnt wand him near me I
started to have a panic attack everything
became real blurry I didn't want to pick
it up because I was thinking what if
there's needles on the floor or blood and
I was thinking that stuff was flying off
his hand into my mouth or on me and my
purse was on the counter what if he did
something to my purse or what if he stuck
me with a needle and I didn't feel it I am
so scared now help me some please I need
help I don't know what to do anymore I am
only 20 years old I don't won't to die and
I can't wait no three mths for no test
that's to long to wait to see if you have
anything.

are you joking me?
Clearly, you cannot in no way get HIV or
AIDs from what you desrcibe. all HIV and
AIDs die when contact to air.
You cant get either by having touched
something or having something mysteriously
tossed into your mouth. nor can you get
HIV or AIDs transmissions from saliva.
I'd advise you to seek help and talk to a
therapist.

We can't help you if you are not going to
help yourself. Many different people have
suggested therapy to you in various
threads that you have made. Clearly, you
have a problem that you just can't deal
with on your own. There's no shame in
that. You need to admit it and seek real
help though. Internet forums are not the
answer for you at this point.

I'm always thinking that there are needles
poking me when I am near someone how will
I know if a needle had poke me I am scared
because I am keep thinking that I been
poked by a needle or something someone
please help me when I get sick I think
that it's a symptom when my arms are sore
I think that a needle has poke me.

the only help you should be getting is
from a theraputic specialist. not from
people in an online forum.

Why is my neck hurting so bad then it
hurts really bad it's so stiff I got tight
throat and everything what if he had put a
needle in my purse when I was picking up
stuff off the ground I am so scared to
death I am not feeling good at all my neck
