I WANT TO GET PREGNANT AND I WANT TO KNOW
IF THERE IS SOME KIND OF VITAMINS SHOULD I
TAKE OR CAN I JUST TAKE PRENATIAL PILLS
UNTIL I BECOME PREGNANT? PLEASE GIVE ME
SOME GOOD ADVISE. I DO WANT TO BECOME A
MOMMY BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

There are no nutritional supplements that
can help you conceive. What is
reccommended, however, is that you and
your partner have regular sexual
intercourse...especially during the
fertile days of your cycle. The fertile
days are the days around ovulation, and
ovulation happens about 14 days before the
next expected period starts. If you are
trying to conceive for more than 1 year
without success then you and your partner
can ask for help from a gynecologist.
