Hello, I was just wondering if anyone
could give me some guidance as to where to
next proceed in my path to try and
mitigate the pain I am in constantly in?
I had an MRI on my Lumbar region and the
results indicated Spondylosis at L4-5 and
a right paracentral disk protrusion at
L5-S1 obliterating the right lateral
recess and contacting the nerve root. I
currently cannot sit down for more than
five minutes before pain, from my mid to
lower back down my right leg, starts and
grows more intense as I continue sitting,
the same with standing. So my options are
of movement, which causes jarring and
pelvic movement in turn causing more pain.
If anyone could suggest some methods
other than surgery, or surgery if that's
the only viable option, it would be muchly
appreciated. Thank you.
