I cannot eat any type of carbohydrate
without feeling like absolute s*** 5
minutes later.. I can't eat vegetables,
nuts, anything without feeling bad a few
minutes afterwards. So I'm just going to
eat meat from now on.
I have no other choice!! well, no other
choice until my adrenals are fixed and my
hypoglycemia will go away.. but for now,
I'm going on an all meat diet, and the
health risks going with that have to be
better than the way I feel when I eat any
type of carbohydrate.

There aren't really any risks on that
diet. However, you cannot drop
below 60g of carbs a day, otherwise you're
going to feel worse. Unfortunately, there
is no way to avoid feeling like crap at
first in many cases, you have to keep
eating healthy and wait for it to
dissipate. I suggest increasing vitamin c
intake through vitamins to 1g per day.

Okay, well I typed that during one of my
hypoglycemic episodes.. I'm eating carbs
again, but I'm being very careful with my
intake. I eat about 2 tablespoons of
vegetables and a piece of meat. And if I
still feel bad after 10 minutes, I'll eat
another tablespoon, etc. until I get it
right. It seems to be working well!

Be careful of what vegetables you're
eating. Try eating about 2/3 cup of
italian cut green beans with your meals,
there should be no problem with them. Or
brussels sprouts (6), if you like them.
