Hello,
I have suffered from anxiety since I was a little girl. I have seen many psychologists and psychiatrists over the years. Many of the medicines available now do have side effects. However, the medicine, Paxil cr, does not have those extreme side effects. It helps you to stop worrying and it keeps your mind from racing alot and causing you to feel uncomfortable. Klonopin is also a good anxiety medicine, that is not habit forming and will not make you feel funny. I have been taking these two medicines for many years. I would ask your doctor to try them for you. The paxil is released slowly through the day, so it is gentle too.

When I was in school, I used to feel sick too before tests and such. In those days, I was afraid to mention how I was feeling to anyone, so I suffered in silence. Today, emotional problems are talked about and help is there for you.

Capricorn, if you think Paxil CR and Klonopin are not addicting, I have news for you. Just try stopping either one and you'll see you are addicted to both, especially the Klonopin. Your doctor should be shot!

Here's just one example:
http://www.benzo.org.uk/klo nopin.htm

Google Klonopin addiction and you'll find out just how bad this stuff is. Same with Paxil or Paxil CR.

Hi,
Just wondering how old you are ?? We all have stress and anxiety in our lives and most learn how to deal with it.. Taking meds like Paxil are not always the answer & can be harmful.. Please talk with a professional if you are that stressed..
I find calm music, excercise, meditation and rolaids help..They are not addictive and won't hurt you.
Dont be afraid to talk about these things with others, it helps.
