Friend Who Has Hypoglycemia And Dysphoria Posted: 04-25-07 06:01am
hello there .. my name is zane. and im
from singapore.. well i have a friend who
supposedly has hypoglycemia and
dysphoria.. well she has dysphoria because
of hypoglycemia.. but i have tried talking
to her a few times trying to cherr her up
but she constantly feels sad and she even
cried well.. she also always tells me
about her mental health, she constantly
tells me that shes worried for it and she
thinks shes insane..just to let u know
this is somewhat of how she feels here.. so yes
i need to help her.. does glucose help?
... if it does , shes abstaining from it..
how do i help her.. thankyou..

It doesn't help. She needs to eat the
proper diet if she has hypoglycemia, and
this can take awhile to start working.
The patient usually feels worse at first.

oh thanks stan.. may i know where i could
find the proper diet for her?.. =\.. so
how do i cure her depression problem..
because it is a real headache >_>

If the depression is linked to a sugar
problem, she may be lucky enough to see
spectacular results in about a week, and
then get a bit worse after that. This
works well because the patient sees how
they will eventually feel. Some just feel
outright terrible when they begin. She
can try any number of natural remedies to
see if that helps her. Eating foods with
higher levels of tryptophan can help, as
well as some herbs.
