Urinary and Bladder Disorders Forum - Uring, Blood Clots, Pain, Yellow Ejaculate...help!

Last week on thursday for a few hour i noticed the end of my penis felt like it was burning. I also had a pressure in my bladder and felt the urgency to urinate. When i tried to urinat only drops or a slight stream came out. No pain while urinating though. The next day till sunday evening all was normal (i dont know if its importent to note but juring that time of it being normal i'd been drinking alot of alcohol).

Sunday evening around 7:30 it came back and seemed to only get worse. The burning feeling on my penis, the bladder pressure/pain, the urgency to urinate. This time when i attempted to go it felt like razor blades and i could only manage drops, the drops soon turned pink and were accompanied by a blood clot, and everytime i attempted there after, there was always one of two blood clots dispite it only being a dibble of urine. Having not urinated a flow in about 4 hours i went to the hospital. They took blood, urine (what little there was) and checked my vitals about 6 times over the duration of my being there (8hrs). At one point the bladder pressure/pain was so bad that they put in a cathator about the width of a pencil. Yet nothing came out, they found this odd. The doctor i think did something manually and soon enough they had a bag of water hooked up to clense my bladder. It turned out i was blocked up with blood clots. They sent me home in the morning with a presciption and a number for a urologist specialist. They never really told me what was wrong dispite my asking. Just said i had an infection. Yet i could tell they seemed a little puzzled.

So i made an appointment wih the specialist (its for monday the 30th) filled the prescription (ciprofloxacin 500mg) and over the next few days though it still stung when i urinated i atleast was able to. Though it seems like i go often. Sometimes alittle, sometime alot. Yesturday (which was the third day since the hospital) i masturbated as i hadnt in the last 5 days, not because i had i real erge to but because i thought it might help things for some reason. When i ejaculated it stung like it had when i urinated once leaving the hospital, not razor bades but a pain. The ejaculate was also a sticky and thick, like a paste. It was also yellow, not light yellow but a dark urine yellow. Didnt look like semen at all.

So i'm pretty freaked out by all this. And i'm more scared of becoming blocked up again and having to have the cathator (it traumaized me a bit). Anybody know what this could be, or anybody has this?. Any insight or feedback would be much appreciated.

I'm also a 24 year old male. And the prescription i'm taking says i cant have diary or anthing acidic. But i've taken to drinking a glass of cranberry juice a day hoping it helps.
