I Started My Period, Took My Pills But Still Waiting Posted: 04-27-07 00:20am
So I
just started taking birth control pills
again, after being off of them for about a
year. I started to spot and took my first
pill, plus I was expecting my period. Now
I am 6 days late and still haven't
started. I do not know if its the birth
control pills (which is the Tri-Sprintec
28 ) high stress , or perhaps that I am
pregnant. I plan to take a pregnancy test
in 2 days if it still does not show up.
It sort of feels like I am going to start
at times but no cramping, like usual. I
have been spotting but very light pink
like I only notice occassionally when I
use the restroom. But my main question is
do you think it could because of the birth
control pills that have affected my
period?!?! Thanks!

It is possible it is from the birth
control, but it doesn't hurt to take a
test.
