I have a problem where I always feel like
I am going to have urine leak out of my
penis. Consquently, I am always tensing
whatever muscles in the the lower abdomen
that we use to cut off urinary flow. I
guess it would be a sphincter type muscle
around the upper urinary tract.
The great problem I have is that this
constant tensing of the muscle leads to
great feelings of nausea and discomfort in
my abdomen. I sometimes feel as if I am
going to throw up. I often have to sit
with my penis wedged between my thighs to
give me some comfort that I won't have any
leakage.
Often, after I finish urinating, I feel
like I am going to leak further once I
redress myself.
I have been to my doctor, who tested my
urine and to a urologist who gave me an
ultrasound and also checked my prostate
and found no obvious problems. I am 36
years old and a little worried. This
problem has plagued me for the last year
and it is driving me nuts!!
