Does anyone know what causes congestion of
the kidney's, severe congestion of the
spleen, and an adema and congestion of the
brain?
Also do these occur before or after death?

I'm sorry for your loss.
I have been looking into these issues and
have not been able to find alot on these
terms. I will continue looking into it and
when I am confident about a definition I
will relay it to you. Hopefully, someone
else on here will do a better job of
researching than I am able to at the
moment.(I have a firewall at work). And
will be able to offer you some better
information.
Are you trying to research a cause of
death, or determine if you agree with the
ruling on the cause of death?
