I am planning on skipping my inactive pills next week due to my wedding next weekend. I was told that I could still have breakthrough bleeding while take the next packet of pills. Would this breakthrough bleeding interfere with the effectiveness of the birth control pill? Can I still have sex with my husband during this time?

The bleeding or spotting will not affect the effectiveness of your pill.. You may bleed or spot for a few weeks though, so be prepared for that possibility.
